Sarah Boynton is a Master Gardener, Botanical Arts judge, author, lecturer, and internationally recognized Botanical Arts artist whose work has earned top honors at flower shows throughout the United States and abroad. Combining a love of horticulture with a passion for design, she transforms natural plant materials into imaginative works of art while inspiring others to discover the endless creative possibilities of Botanical Arts.
Her work has received prestigious awards at major flower shows across the United States and at World Association of Floral Artists (WAFA) exhibitions in Ireland, India, and Barbados.
An active member of the Cohasset Garden Club (GCA) and the Garden Club of Hingham (NGC), Sarah serves as a GCA Provisional Judge for Botanical Arts. As a Master Gardener, she enjoys sharing her knowledge of plants and encouraging others to look at botanical materials in new and creative ways.
Drawing on years of exhibiting, judging, and teaching, Sarah presents engaging lectures and hands-on workshops that combine practical techniques, design principles, and creative inspiration. Her approachable teaching style encourages participants of all experience levels to gain confidence and enjoy the art of creating Botanical Arts exhibits.
Sarah is also the author of Botanical Arts: A Guide to Creating Art with Plant Material for Flower Shows, a comprehensive resource that guides readers through collecting, preserving, designing, and constructing award-winning Botanical Arts exhibits.
